- Strip Plant Quality
- Manage quality activities from Incoming → IPQC → OQC.
- Monitor defects, scrap, rework, FPY and process capability.
- Maintain inspection standards, Control Plans and reaction plans.
- Investigate quality issues using 8D, 5 Why and basic data analysis.
- Follow up corrective actions with Production, Engineering and Maintenance.
- Ensure outgoing products meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer/Plastic Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with Incoming, IPQC and OQC activities.
- Experience with plastic injection molded parts is preferred.
- Knowledge of 8D, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP/APQP and Cp/Cpk.
- Supplier quality experience specific in plastic comodity is an advantage.
- Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
