I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Legal affairs for foreigners & BOD
- Prepare and track legal documents for foreign employees: temporary residence card (TRC), visa, work permit
- Support residency procedures for foreign BOD members
- Support notarization and legalization of legal/HR documents.
- Premises legal & administration
- Lease contracts (office and new stores); business registration; business-location certificates registration
- Initial deposits, utility setup, construction insurance for new locations.
- BOD support
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas; draft and archive BOD minutes/resolutions
- Arrange and provide administrative support for BOD meetings and requests
- Manage confidential documents, approval workflows and document control for executive matters
- Coordinate cross-functional communication, follow up on action items assigned by the BOD, and monitor implementation progress across departments.
II/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 1- 2 years as secretary/legal-admin; preference for having handled foreigner procedures (visa/TRC/work permit)
- College/University degree in Law, Administration, Foreign Languages or related
- Knowledge of legal procedures for foreign labour, business registration and premises leasing
- Good English (working with the BOD and foreign partners)
- Proficient in office software; strong document- and minutes-drafting skills
- Careful, discreet, proactive and well-organized.

- 12 paid annual leave days (after probation), 5 working days/week
- Annual bonus based on Company business performance.
Working time: Monday - Friday/ 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
