Your tasks

As the Ads Optimization Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital commerce engine.

This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns and platform performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), and more. You’ll own the campaign monitoring stack, ensuring every ad dollar is tracked, optimized, and scaled for better returns.

Requirements

2+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or creator-led brands.
Strong grasp of Gen Z behavior and content trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns (ads, affiliate, KOL) based on performance data.
Familiar with tools like TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and performance dashboards.
