Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 5-8 years recruitment experience; experience in both professional and volume hiring preferred. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Retail, Consumer Goods, or similar industries is preferred. Experience working with ATS/HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
