Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) from schematic design through construction and as-built stages using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Perform clash detection using Navisworks, identify spatial conflicts between multidisciplinary designs, and propose technical solutions during coordination meetings.

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related discipline
  • Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
  • Preferably 1-2 years BIM working experience (Architectural, Structural & MEP)
