Application Support Analyst

Conforma NV, a pharmaceutical company in full expansion, is looking for an Application Support Employee. Our core activities are the production and packaging of liquid and semi-solid medicines and medical devices. We are located in Destelbergen and are an international player with a strong focus on innovation and quality.

Tasks

• 1st and 2nd line support
• Supporting and managing business-critical applications
• Analyzing and resolving incidents
• Identifying recurring problems and working proactively on structural solutions
• Monitoring applications and intervening where necessary
• Documenting solutions and procedures
• Supporting application upgrades, changes, and new implementations
• Collaborating on improvement projects
• You are willing to learn about the production environment and the associated processes
• You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or are equivalent through experience
• You have approximately 2 years of relevant experience within application support, IT support, or a similar role
• You preferably have experience in a production environment
• You have relevant work experience with Microsoft Azure and can independently analyze and solve problems
• You communicate very fluently in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
• Varied role in which you can take on a lot of responsibility
• You are solution-oriented, practical, and an enthusiastic and driven team player
