Scripts Unit Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Scripts Unit Manager within the SAV Operations Department, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of diagnostic journeys and the assistance tools used by the SAV teams. You will participate in the design, modeling, and evolution of scripts, decision trees, and customer journeys in order to optimize user experience and operational performance. In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows: Design and model diagnostic journeys and SAV processes in collaboration with business teams. Write conversational scripts, customer questioning, and associated workflows. Develop and configure journeys in dedicated tools, integrating JavaScript developments and automations via RPA solutions if necessary. Perform testing, acceptance testing, and production deployment of evolutions. Participate in improving the user experience by designing and evolving web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap technologies. Administer the Scripts Unit portals and ensure the deployment of new versions. Integrate and maintain technical documentation in documentary databases. Handle feedback and improvement requests from users while ensuring follow-up. Produce, analyze, and disseminate performance indicators related to tool usage. Support users in getting started with the solutions and contribute to the creation of training and communication materials. Participate in the improvement of journeys, natural language understanding (NLU), and the monitoring of VoiceBots activity.

With a Bac+2 level of education, ideally with a specialization in computer science, you have a real interest in digital tools, process improvement, and user experience. Entry-level profiles are welcome. Technical skills Mastery of computer and Internet tools. Very good mastery of Excel (advanced functions). Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap. Intermediate mastery of JavaScript. Knowledge of RPA automation, notably Selenium. Professional written English and understanding of technical documents. Desired qualities Excellent writing skills.
