Appliance Product Manager (M/F) - Apprenticeship

Do you have a sense of negotiation? Are you curious? What if you became an apprentice Product Manager... Within the Commercial department, the Apprentice Appliance Product Manager supports the category's product managers in steering and developing the offering, from range construction to monitoring commercial performance. In this capacity, you will participate in the construction and optimization of product ranges, by contributing to performance analysis (sales, turnover, stock levels, overstock, replenishment needs) and the implementation of appropriate commercial animation actions. You will conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarks, studying the offers available from competitors (catalogues, websites, price positions, product innovations), in order to feed the strategic thinking of the category. You will assist in monitoring supplier relationships, participating in regular exchanges, preparing negotiations, and following up on commercial conditions, including product prices, purchasing conditions, marketing budgets, and launch plans. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (commerce, stores, accounting, communication, legal, merchandising, supply chain), and contribute to the monitoring of all subjects related to the product scope. In particular, you will ensure the smooth flow of information to the stores and ensure the consistency of product communications. Finally, you will participate in the global steering of your scope's performance, by contributing to reporting, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions, in a logic of continuous improvement of the offering and customer satisfaction.

You are currently preparing higher education at a Bac +4/5 level, such as a Business School or university training, and you are looking for an apprenticeship, ideally for a duration of two years. Possessing qualities of rigor and curiosity, you demonstrate a good analytical spirit and know how to work in a team within a collaborative and cross-functional environment. Your kindness, your interpersonal skills, as well as your interest in products and commercial challenges, will allow you to fully invest yourself in the assigned missions. You also demonstrate a real appetite for digital and associated tools, and you wish to evolve in a dynamic, business-oriented, and innovation-driven universe. English is essential.
