[Paid Internship] Media News Risk & Intelligence

The MRI Intern supports the Media Risk & Intelligence (MRI) team in AI-assisted media research, information collection, and basic company verification. The role focuses on running established research processes, organizing findings, and preparing information for review by the MRI team.

Responsibilities: AI-Assisted Media Research

• Run approved AI scripts/prompts to search for media news on assigned companies and individuals.
• Collect relevant news results from English and local-language sources.
• Organize and save research findings in the designated library/database for MRI review.
• Perform basic checks on collected results, such as company/name matching, source, date, and duplication.
• Flag unclear or potentially relevant findings to the MRI team for further review.

Business Behavior Data (BBD) Collection

• Collect publicly available business feedback and reviews relating to assigned companies.
• Search relevant sources such as online reviews, social media, forums, company review platforms, and other public sources.
• Organize collected feedback according to established BBD guidelines and categories.
• Record source links, dates, and supporting information accurately.
• Prepare collected BBD findings for MRI review and validation.

Other tasks may be assigned

Requirements:

• Final-year university student or fresh graduate. Students from Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines are welcome.
• Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools and following established scripts/instructions.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English reading skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable handling repetitive and structured research tasks.
• Able to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

No prior experience in media intelligence or risk analysis is required. Training and research guidelines will be provided.
