The Product Owner position will maximize the value of the product under their responsibility, ensuring it is market-compliant, including regulatory issues, and aligned with the client's strategies.
Responsibilities and assignments Responsible for providing direction for high-complexity products with greater relevance and financial impact for the client; Provide product direction by creating and maintaining an updated product vision and roadmap together with the Product Manager and Business Unit; Plan deliveries, creating, refining, and updating the product backlog and prioritizing the most relevant items; Validate deliveries made by the development team, ensuring that all definitions and acceptance criteria have been met; Ensure the communication of product updates and releases to internal and external clients through the official channels established by the client; Negotiate with other PMs regarding deadlines and business matters for joint deliveries between squads; Be a reference in their domain area and/or in product management, mastering and multiplying knowledge through training and mentoring; Create user stories.
Requirements and qualifications Experience with agile methodologies; Good written and verbal communication; Ease in relating to people; Possess logical reasoning; Willingness to learn; Ability to adapt to the environment and not be resistant to change; Knowledge and experience in e-commerce; Problem solving/negotiation; Advanced English; Live in São Paulo capital or Greater São Paulo; Availability to visit the client in São Paulo-SP once a week.
