We are supporting a leading consultancy looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
The Opportunity Join a leading consultancy in a senior role combining SAP testing leadership, client advisory and commercial involvement, with the opportunity to influence major transformation programmes and support the growth of the testing practice.
Your tasks
This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end testing strategy and delivery, advise clients on testing best practice, and contribute to business development activities across major enterprise transformation projects.
- Define and own end-to-end testing strategies for complex SAP transformation programmes.
- Lead testing delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and preparation through to execution and completion.
- Establish testing governance, methodologies, quality standards and reporting.
- Manage senior client stakeholders and advise on testing approaches, risks and best practice.
- Drive test automation and explore AI-enabled testing solutions.
- Support commercial activities, including tenders, bids, RFP responses and client presentations.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, helping shape testing propositions and solutions for prospective clients.
- Oversee testing teams and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
Required Experience
- Extensive experience leading testing across large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
- Strong SAP testing expertise within complex enterprise environments.
- Consulting experience within a consultancy, systems integrator or specialist SAP practice.
- Experience delivering multiple large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Commercial experience, including supporting tenders, bids, RFP responses and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of test automation and emerging AI-enabled testing approaches.
Desirable
- Industry experience in Consumer, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare or TMT.
- Experience shaping testing propositions and contributing to business development.
- Exposure to innovative testing tools and automation frameworks.
