LIMS Product Owner

/ Quality & Compliance Product Lead

UK | Hybrid - 10 days per week in London 9-month fixed term contract

We're supporting a leading global organisation looking for an experienced LIMS Product Owner / Product Lead to take ownership of its Quality & Compliance technology landscape, with a particular focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) .

You'll act as the link between laboratory operations, business stakeholders and technology teams, owning the product roadmap, backlog and delivery priorities across a global environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise the LIMS product backlog and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into features and user stories.
• Lead an agile delivery squad and oversee releases and rollouts.
• Work with senior business and technical stakeholders globally.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, resources and budgets.
• Support L2/L3 incidents and ongoing application performance.
• Track product KPIs, value and continuous improvement.
• Work with external vendors and internal technology teams.

We're looking for:

• Strong experience implementing and managing LIMS in a global environment .
• Previous Product Owner, Product Manager or LIMS Lead experience.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and Quality/Compliance processes.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and product priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
• Desirable: Intelex, Product Owner certification, vendor management, budget ownership and exposure to AI/emerging technologies.
