About the vacancy Conexão Talento is looking for a Receptionist for its client in the aesthetics and wellness segment, to work at a unit located in IPANEMA. The position is strategic for the customer experience, being the first and last contact of the public with the brand. Responsibilities and assignments Main responsibilities
- Perform in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp service
- Receive clients in a welcoming, cordial, and professional manner
- Perform scheduling and agenda organization through a proprietary system
- Perform sales of packages and services
- Monitor the closing of the unit, ensuring the space is organized
- Ensure the customer experience in all stages of service
- Support simple administrative routines related to the reception

Requirements and qualifications Mandatory requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Previous experience with customer service (reception, sales, or related areas)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ease of use with systems and WhatsApp
- Intermediate English for service (understanding and speaking)
Desirable requirements
- Previous experience in aesthetics, health, or wellness clinics
- Experience with scheduling systems (a plus)
Additional information 💼 What we offer Remuneration and benefits
- Fixed salary: R$ 1.700,00
- Transportation voucher 100% covered by the company
- Variable commission estimated between R$ 500,00 and R$ 1.000,00 per month
🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 20:00 | Saturday, from 9:00 to 17:00 📍 Location: Ipanema – Rio de Janeiro
