Technical Buyer

You take ownership of a wide range of purchasing activities and ensure that everything runs smoothly from the initial quote to delivery:

• You negotiate with suppliers and build sustainable partnerships
• You manage your own files completely independently
• You ensure the correct processing of orders and closely monitor deliveries
• You continuously coordinate with production, engineering, and other internal teams
• You dive into technical specifications and interpret drawings
• You think along regarding optimizations in purchasing and stock management
• You actively search for opportunities in the market

In short: a role with variation, autonomy, and visible impact.

Must haves

• You have experience in purchasing (preferably in a technical context/production environment)
• You understand the basics of mechanical processes such as turning and milling
• You can read and interpret technical drawings
• You communicate fluently and dare to take a stand in negotiations
• You work in a structured manner and like to take responsibility
• You have a good knowledge of English

Nice to haves

• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Knowledge of SAP
• Extra languages such as French and/or German
• Background in technical sales or another commercial role
