SAP FICO Specialist

• Taking on project leadership for international projects within Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), ranging from roll-outs to the implementation of new functionalities
• Coordinating projects across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, delivery, and handover to operations
• Acting as a link between finance, business, and IT and translating business needs into efficient IT solutions
• Managing and aligning internal colleagues, external consultants, developers, and offshore teams
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and implementing improvement requests within financial processes and systems
• Monitoring standardization, best practices, and quality within the FI/CO domain
• Supporting key users and management by sharing expertise, providing training, and explaining solutions
• Collaborating on complex issues and providing support within 3rd line support where necessary
• Following technological evolutions within ERP, finance systems, and AI applications, and translating these into concrete improvement initiatives

Must haves

• Master's degree in an economic, financial, IT, or technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis, ERP projects, finance systems, or IT project management
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
• Strong analytical thinking skills and interest in financial processes
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex subject matter clearly
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of English
