Master planner

As a Master Planner, you monitor the bigger picture of the production planning. You look beyond today's planning and ensure that future demand and available capacity align well. You are responsible for, among other things:

• Drafting, managing, and continuously optimizing the production planning
• Translating sales forecasts and customer demand into a concrete and achievable plan
• Coordinating the availability of products, packaging, and other raw materials with production needs
• Monitoring production capacity, inventory levels, and service levels
• Timely identification of potential capacity issues and bottlenecks
• Proactively formulating solutions when demand, inventory, or capacity are at risk of becoming unbalanced
• Analyzing and following up on relevant Supply Chain KPI's
• Reporting and visualizing planning performance via Power BI
• Acting as the central point of contact for planning-related issues
• Intensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders within Sales, Production, and Supply Chain

Must haves

• Master's degree, preferably as an Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Handelsingenieur, TEW, Economie or a similar field
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within supply chain planning, production planning, or master scheduling
• Experience within a production environment
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data analysis
• Fluent knowledge of English and French
• Strong analytical and numerical insight
• Structured and process-oriented way of working
• You can set priorities and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment

Nice to haves

• Experience within the food industry
• Knowledge of inventory and capacity planning
• Good knowledge of Dutch
