As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle for various roles across different international regions. You:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake through to onboarding for roles in Europe, America, and Asia.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner and trusted advisor for hiring managers and senior management.
- Work closely with the business to thoroughly understand roles, teams, and future competency needs.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies and translate these into concrete candidate profiles.
- Proactively search for qualitative candidates, including for niche profiles and hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Build sustainable talent pools and candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Safeguard a strong candidate experience, from the first contact through to onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment data and KPIs and use these insights to further optimize processes and support decisions with a data-driven approach.
- Actively participate in broader People & HR projects, such as developing the Employee Value Proposition, improving onboarding, and strengthening the recruitment skills of hiring managers.
- Contribute to the further development of assessment methodologies and recruitment processes.
- Manage, if necessary, the collaboration with RPO partners and external search agencies.
Must haves
- You possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, psychology, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- You are strong in sourcing and stakeholder management and know how to convince various interlocutors in a professional manner.
- You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and do not wait for candidates or opportunities to come to you.
- You are analytically minded and feel comfortable with KPIs, recruitment data, and reporting.
- You can work independently and enjoy taking ownership of your files and projects.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English; you feel comfortable in an international work environment.
- You are willing to collaborate from Ghent with colleagues and stakeholders in different time zones and cultures.
Nice to haves
- Experience within an international organization.
- Experience with RPO partners, headhunters, or external search agencies.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding, EVP, or recruitment marketing.
- Experience in setting up talent pools and recruitment projects.
- Interest in further developing assessment and selection processes.
- Experience with recruitment in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
