FP&A Business Controller

In this role, you are the Finance Business Partner for your assigned global functions. You are the central source of financial insights for the functional business leaders (global MT) and play a key role in advising on improvement projects, change initiatives, and investment decisions.

• Preparing management reports, monthly analyses, and deep‑dives.
• Advising and challenging business leaders based on financial insights.
• Formulating proactive recommendations to improve performance.
• Co-developing action plans to correct deviations.
• Coordinating the budget process and preparing quarterly forecasts.
• Performing financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Participating in ad‑hoc projects regarding process improvement and change.
• Acting as the primary financial point of contact for your business domains.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Supporting the business in financial processes (PR/PO, invoices, cost tracking).
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure correct financial results (accruals, cost center allocations).
• An experienced FP&A and/or Business Controller with several years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analyses.
• Excellent in financial modeling, Excel and financial tools (experience with Oracle EPM is a plus).
• Analytically strong, critical thinker and able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Comfortable in a business partnering role: challenging, advising and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands‑on, accurate and strong communicator.
• Experience or affinity with IT processes is desired (but not the full focus).
• Flexible, proactive and good in an international, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an asset.
