BU Controller

• Responsible for the processing of all financial data of ongoing projects.
• Working closely with the Project Manager.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts and ensuring correct follow-up.
• Proposing improvements to existing processes and software tools.
• Overseeing compliance with internal control procedures.
• Reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Must‑have

• Bachelor or master in an economic or financial field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling
• Strong analytical insight and proficient with Excel
• Knowledge of SAP (must)
• Critical, communicative and assertive in collaboration with project teams
• Fluent French; good knowledge of German and English

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience in project environments or technical sectors
• Experience as an auditor or BU‑controller
• Affinity with process optimization
• Sense of ownership and a hands‑on mentality
