Do you have experience in logistics, vendor management, and negotiation?

At J&T Express Costa Rica, we are looking for a Logistics Network Specialist to strengthen our operation, ensuring efficient vendor management, service monitoring, and the continuous improvement of our logistics network.

What are we looking for?

• Professional or technician in Logistics, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related careers.
• +3 years of experience in logistics.
• Experience in searching, evaluating, negotiating, and managing logistics providers.
• Intermediate/conversational English (indispensable).
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Availability to perform visits to providers and operations within and outside the GAM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analysis, and monitoring skills.
• Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, proactive, collaborative person oriented toward teamwork.
• Management of provider databases (desirable).
• Knowledge of transport legislation (desirable).

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with logistics providers.
• Manage and monitor contracts, rates, and services.
• Perform visits and monitoring of providers and operation points.
• Monitor and optimize logistics and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal areas and external providers to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of the operation.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and management analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the logistics network.
• Provide timely follow-up to the needs of internal customers and providers.
