Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in project commissioning or procurement Knowledge of high and low voltage power distribution Knowledge of civil works Knowledge and Management of suppliers Advanced English ACTIVITIES Procurement management for electrical systems, civil works, and projects nationwide. Interpretation of CAD plans and knowledge of wiring, construction, and technical standards. Supplier management, quotations, price comparison, negotiation, and cost control. Administration of budgets, tenders, and project contracts.
