Activities Support the review, drafting, and follow-up of contracts. Address operational legal inquiries and support the implementation of internal policies. Manage legal files, monitor procedural deadlines, and coordinate with external law firms. Manage documentation for permits, licenses, audits, and inspections. Draft corporate documents and follow up on notary procedures. Support regulatory compliance activities and internal training. Maintain updated records, databases, and legal files, as well as prepare reports. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent). Advanced English is indispensable. Minimum 5 years of experience in the corporate legal area, preferably in logistics companies. Experience in contract management, labor matters, and litigation follow-up. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Experience in document management, corporate records, and coordination with external law firms. Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
