Art Director / Senior Designer

Your tasks
The Art Director / Senior Designer is the technical and visual-design lead for the brand. The role turns approved creative direction into a coherent visual system and high-quality finished work across print, digital, retail, e-commerce, and campaign assets. It leads designers, protects corporate and visual identity, develops design concepts and adaptations, and remains hands-on when the work requires it. The Creative Director owns the overall creative strategy, campaign concept, and final creative direction; the Content & Creative Manager owns content planning, briefs, and production coordination.
- Design Leadership: Lead, coach, review, and allocate work across designers. Set clear briefs, standards, timelines, and review points so output is accurate, consistent, and ready for use.
- Visual Identity & Standards: Maintain the corporate identity and visual identity system, including typography, colour, layouts, imagery treatment, templates, master files, and brand-asset guidelines.
- Concept Development & Adaptation: Develop the visual route and design language for approved campaign concepts, then translate it into effective adaptations by channel, audience, product category, and format without losing the central idea.
- Hands On Design: Personally execute or refine high-priority designs when needed, including campaign key visuals, product and retail communication, presentations, print files, digital assets, and launch materials.
- Design Allocation & Delivery: Plan and allocate design work with the Content & Creative Manager, balance capacity and priorities, maintain version control, and ensure final artwork is supplied in the correct formats and specifications.
- Print & Digital Asset Quality: Oversee artwork, retouching, adaptation, pre-press, and production-ready files for print, paid media, organic social, website, e-commerce, CRM, and relevant offline materials.
- Production Support: Contribute visual design and art-direction expertise to shoots, video, motion, and other productions when required. Advise on visual styling, sets, props, framing, graphic treatments, and asset consistency under the Creative Director's direction; this role does not replace the Creative Director's campaign or production leadership.
- Brand Asset Governance: Organize, protect, and update approved design assets, templates, and usage guidance so teams and partners work from the correct files.

- Strong practical understanding of print production, digital specifications, retouching, file preparation, asset management, and quality control.
- Sound understanding of high-end menswear and womenswear trends, styling, fit, fabrics, product presentation, and the visual standards expected in fashion retail. Textile knowledge is an advantage.
- Practical, responsible use of relevant AI tools for research, exploration, design support, and workflow efficiency, with sound judgement on originality, rights, accuracy, and brand suitability.
- Demonstrated ability to direct designers, give useful feedback, manage revisions, and maintain quality under launch deadlines.
