We?re currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic *Merchandiser* to help elevate our in-store presence in the *Fredericton area *on a *Part-time basis (4 days/30hrs/week)*. *Roles and Responsibilities*

• Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
• Execute plan-o-grams and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
• Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
• Represent Concord National?s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

*Who You Are:*

• You have *2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.*
• You?re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
• You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.
• You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• You have a valid driver?s license and a clean driving record.

_*Travel Requirements*_

• You'll spend around *85% of your time on the road*, visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required) and 15% in your home office.

_*Physical Requirements:*_

• Able to lift up to *20 lbs* and stay active on your feet for up *to 5 hours* at a time.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
