Quantity Surveyor cum electrical Engineer

Responsibilities: Handle Project claim certifications. Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage. Budget Forecast, Cost Control, Reporting to Contracts and Commercial Manager Working as part of the contract evaluation team during tender stage and provide comments on the technical/commercial terms and condition Assisting Project Manager to work out Variation Orders offer Prepare and analyse the monthly WIP report to Contracts and Commercial Manager review. Evaluation of supplier’s quotations, subcon progress claims, variations and draft contract correspondences. Any other tasks assigned by Project Manager/ Higher Management Requirements: Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying Electrical Engineering Knowledge will be preferred Experience in SIA/PSSCOC/REDAS/FIDIC Min 3 to 5 years’ working experience in Public Sector Engineering Projects/ Main Contractor Firms Experience will be considered. Possess good and positive attitude Able to meet deadlines, OT may be required.
