Endurance Test Mechanic / Technician (m/f/d)

conceptas GmbH has been active in the service sector in the field of personnel leasing for over 30 years and already possesses many years of experience in this area. For our customer in Oberding, we are looking for an endurance test mechanic / technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification, effective immediately.

Location: Oberding Employment type(s): Full-time Working hours: 40 hours per week

Tasks, Competencies and Responsibility

• Taking over the test specimens as well as coordination and clarification of the respective test assignments
• Planning and implementation of mechanical test setups, taking into account the occurring forces, moments and kinematic processes
• Professional assembly and positioning of the required actuators and sensors
• Support and monitoring of endurance tests – from the test setup to completion – both at room temperature and in the climate chamber
• Creation of meaningful photo and video documentation of the test processes and test results
• Close cooperation and coordination with other laboratory departments
• Selection and professional application of suitable testing and measuring equipment
• Independent, structured and responsible execution of the assigned tasks

Technical Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a Mechatroniker (m/f/d) or in a comparable training profession
• Good knowledge in the field of pneumatics and valve technology, ideally with components from the manufacturer Festo
• Confident handling of a camera to create meaningful test documentation
• Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity and spatial imagination for the planning and implementation of test setups
• Creative, solution-oriented and at the same time precise way of working, as well as enjoyment of tinkering, improvising and constructing
• Practical experience from a workshop environment or private tinkering is an advantage
• Interest in new technical tasks as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
• Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Good English skills for the confident processing and implementation of English-language test assignments
