FUNCTIONS:

• Provide support regarding any doubt, inquiry, or inconvenience the user may have through CALLS for clients in the HEALTH sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be of legal age (18 years or older)
• Have upper-intermediate English (B2) or advanced (C1)
• Have completed high school studies or completed, ongoing, or incomplete higher education (Institute or University)
• Availability to work at our SAN ISIDRO headquarters (Av. Camino Real 180)

WORK MANAGEMENT SCHEDULES:

• Availability to work at our SAN ISIDRO headquarters (Av. Camino Real 180)
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday within the range of 6am to 10pm (FT 44hrs weekly)
• 2 days off per week on Saturday and Sunday. Only from the months of December to March: two rotating days.

TRAINING:

• From Monday to Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
