  1. Drive nationwide engagement & support projects
  • Lead the design and execution of company-wide engagement initiatives across all sites, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business cycles.
  • Develop annual engagement roadmap (ESAT, recognition programs, culture campaigns, seasonal events).
  • Customize engagement approaches by site/account to reflect workforce demographics and operational needs.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities;
  • Good command of English;
  • 2-5 years of experience in Employee Engagement which the same scope, organization development experience is preferable
  • Good presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and strong data analysis;

  • Adaptability and willing to learn;
