During your training stage: You will receive 75% of the Salario Mínimo Mensual Legal Vigente (SMMLV). You will be affiliated with EPS and ARL. During your practical stage: You will receive 100% of the SMMLV, along with EPS, ARL, social benefits, transportation allowance, and caja de compensación. Modality: In-person, full availability.
