We are looking for BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS to provide support to users of an important account in the healthcare sector.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will provide attention and support to users, resolving their doubts, inquiries, and inconveniences through:

• Calls
• Written channel

Your goal will be to provide quality service and an excellent customer experience.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Base salary: S/ 2,360
• Bonus/Incentive of up to S/ 470
• You can reach up to S/ 2,830!

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Be over 18 years old.
• English B2 (upper intermediate) or C1 (advanced).
• Completed high school or completed, ongoing, or incomplete higher education.
• Minimum 4 months of experience in Call Center.
• Availability to work on-site in Chacarilla.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

MANAGEMENT SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday
• Management range: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Full Time 48 hours per week

FIXED REST: SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS

TRAINING

• On-site at our Chacarilla headquarters
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
