REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must have upper-intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) English.
• Must have completed high school, technical, or university studies.
• Availability to work in person at our San Borja headquarters, located one block from Puente Primavera.

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday to Sunday.
• Rotating early morning shifts.
• Time range: from 8:00 p. m. to 11:00 a. m.
• Monthly rotation.
• 2 rotating days off per week.

PAID TRAINING:

• Monday to Friday for 4 weeks.
• Schedule: from 3:00 a. m. to 12:00 a. m.
• Return mobility or subsidy.

FUNCTIONS:

• Provide support to users regarding doubts, inquiries, or inconveniences through calls and written channels.
