REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Have upper-intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) English.
- Have completed high school, technical studies, or university studies.
- Availability to work in person at our San Borja headquarters, located one block from Puente Primavera.
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Sunday.
- Rotating overnight shifts.
- Time range: from 8:00 p. m. to 11:00 a. m.
- Monthly rotation.
- 2 rotating days off per week.
PAID TRAINING:
- Monday to Friday for 4 weeks.
- Schedule: from 3:00 a. m. to 12:00 a. m.
- Return mobility or subsidy.
FUNCTIONS:
- Provide support to users regarding doubts, inquiries, or inconveniences through calls and written channels.
