FUNCTIONS:

• Provide support regarding any doubt, inquiry, or issue the user may have through chats, tickets, or calls for clients in the HEALTH sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be of legal age (18 years or older).
• Have upper-intermediate English (B2) or advanced (C1).
• Have completed, ongoing, or incomplete higher studies (Institute or University).
• Availability to work in person at our San Isidro site.
• Have MINIMUM experience of 3 MONTHS in CALL CENTER or 6 months in FACE-TO-FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE (INDISPENSABLE)

WORK MANAGEMENT SCHEDULES:

• Availability to work at our Chacarilla site (a few blocks from the primavera bridge).
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday within the range of 7am to 10pm (FT 44hrs weekly).
• 2 days off per week (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY). You work 5 days a week!

TRAINING:

• From Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
