Implementation experience or certifications with ORACLE Cloud (Core HR, Compensation and Advanced Benefits modules) and Oracle HRMS (EBS), with a minimum of 5 or more implementations abroad (USA, India, Middle East) in a Lead Consultant or Architect position is an essential requirement. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central modules, PLSQL language, and experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools is an advantage. Required knowledge of TOAD and SQL Navigator programs. Experience with HR system implementation in a global environment - at least two "global rollout" type projects. Long-term work experience in the USA or Middle East is an advantage. Required knowledge of Benefits in the USA, their legislative requirements, and experience with their implementation. A condition of employment is a work permit for clients in the USA. Required knowledge of the English language - level C1 (Cambridge). Employee benefits: Flexible working hours
