Implementation experience or certifications with ORACLE Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, and Advanced Benefits modules) and Oracle HRMS (EBS), with a minimum of 5 or more implementations abroad (USA, India, Middle East) in a Lead Consultant or Architect position, is an essential requirement. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central modules, PLSQL language, and experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools is an advantage. Knowledge of TOAD and SQL Navigator programs is required. Experience with HR system implementation in a global environment - at least two "global rollout" type projects. Long-term work experience in the USA or Middle East is an advantage. Knowledge of Benefits in the USA, their legislative requirements, and experience with their implementation is required. A condition of employment is a work permit for clients in the USA. Required knowledge of the English language - level C1 (Cambridge). Employee benefits: Flexible working hours
