We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join the CONA Consultores team. We are orienting our search towards advanced students or graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related careers, with a generalist profile, customer orientation, and excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Personnel Administration processes, accompanying the collaborator from their entry to their exit.
• Participate in onboarding processes, exit interviews, and internal movements.
• Coordinate the delivery of work tools and personal protective equipment (EPP).
• Administer the labor assets of collaborators (notebooks, cell phones, vehicles, among others).
• Control monthly updates: absenteeism, leaves, overtime, ART, personnel files, and other administrative processes.
• Provide follow-up to collaborators and resolve queries related to their management.
• Interact with different internal areas to survey, validate, and consolidate information, guaranteeing its integrity and availability.
• Control purchase orders for services and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate in the preparation of internal communications.
• Maintain direct contact with clients, providing excellent service.
• Provide integral follow-up to the processes necessary to ensure service compliance.

Requirements:

• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, with mastery of Excel (mandatory).
• Availability to work under a hybrid modality in CABA (mandatory).
• Advanced student or graduate of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related careers.
• Experience in generalist Human Resources positions, preferably in service companies, consultancies, security, cleaning, or construction.
• Experience using management systems or web platforms.
• Analytical, proactive, organized profile with strong customer orientation.
