One of the most prestigious French natural premium cosmetics companies has commissioned us to initiate the search for a Retail Manager. The mission of the position is to lead the commercial operation and the development of the store teams nationwide, ensuring an excellent customer experience and the fulfillment of business objectives through leadership, coaching, training, and development.

 Main responsibilities Lead the integral management of the store network, guaranteeing the fulfillment of commercial objectives and service standards. Analyze management indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans oriented toward results. Accompany and develop store teams, providing coaching, feedback, and continuous training. Design and implement the training strategy to enhance individual and collective performance. Drive loyalty initiatives, Social Selling, and commercial strategies to maximize sales. Organize and follow up on events and commercial campaigns at points of sale. Supervise the correct execution of the stores' operational processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Prepare reports and presentations of results based on the established KPIs.     Requirements Experience in leadership positions within the retail sector in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or premium brands (Mandatory) Experience in training, team development, and commercial coaching (Mandatory) Intermediate/advanced English (Mandatory). Wide availability, in-person modality. Intermediate handling of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Analytical profile, results-oriented, and with solid decision-making capacity.
