NOC Engineer/Network Engineer

Job Summary
You will support Network Operations Center (NOC) shift work by managing remote hand services, supervising vendor maintenance, coordinating customer visits, and assisting with IT equipment handling and inventory updates.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote hand services and provide customer support during NOC shift operations to ensure smooth network functioning
- Supervise vendors executing scheduled NOC maintenance, structured cable installation, cross-connect installation, and rack installation to maintain infrastructure integrity
- Escort customers and vendors during Data Hall visits to facilitate secure and efficient access
- Escalate problems or incidents promptly to tier 2 engineers or shift managers to ensure timely resolution
- Assist managers and engineers in coordinating customers’ IT equipment move-in and testing to support operational readiness
- Update inventory and asset lists accurately to maintain current records of equipment and resources
- Monitor temperature levels within data center environments to ensure optimal operating conditions
