NOC Engineer
Must-have:Remote
- Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc;
- Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc;
- Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit;
- Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
- Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment move-in or testing ;
- Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list etc;
- Temperature monitoring
