Cybersecurity Engineer - Msp

Job Objective

Operate and follow up on managed cybersecurity services for our clients, through continuous monitoring of events, attention to alerts and incidents, basic administration of security controls, and compliance with service level agreements (SLA), contributing to information protection and operational continuity.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and alerts.
• Analyze and classify first-level incidents.
• Attend to tickets and client requirements according to SLA.
• Execute operational procedures and initial containment activities.
• Manage additions, deletions, and modifications of authorized access.
• Follow up on vulnerabilities and security findings.
• Prepare operational reports and service documentation.
• Maintain evidence of activities performed.
• Escalate incidents and problems to higher-level specialists when required.
• Participate in operational shifts and scheduled support activities.

Required Profile

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Sistemas, Tecnologías de Información, Redes, Telecomunicaciones or a related field.
• Experience in technical support, service desk, NOC, SOC, or managed services.
• Knowledge of:
• Cybersecurity.
• TCP/IP networks.
• Windows and Linux systems.
• Incident management.
• Access and identity security.
• Event monitoring and analysis.
• Vulnerability management.
• Ticketing and documentation tools.

Salary between 25,000 and 28,000 net depending on profile compliance and experience.
