Computacenter's Group Information Services (GIS) team plays a central role in helping the company deploy technologies in a way that achieves better results for our customers, colleagues, and partners.

As a Technology Business Partner f/m/d, you are at the center of this connection and act as a trusted link between GIS and a designated business unit.

This is a highly visible partner role. You will build close relationships with executives, bring structure to demand, co-create technology roadmaps, and ensure that business priorities are clearly understood and implemented in alignment with company standards.

Furthermore, you will work in a collaborative matrix network of strategic partners as well as colleagues from the areas of Architecture, Service Management, Product Development, Program Management, and Cybersecurity.

Your tasks in this position include, among others, the following:

• You build trusting relationships with high-level stakeholders and act as the primary technology point of contact for your business unit.
• You understand business goals, priorities, and challenges and translate them into clearly defined technological opportunities and requirements.
• You evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on uniform criteria and ensure that these are clear, justified, and aligned with company standards.
• You maintain a precise business roadmap and support decisions regarding project, product, and investment priorities.
• You represent business priorities in GIS forums, network stakeholders, and resolve issues.
• You promote clear communication regarding implementation status, risks, issues, changes, and governance requirements.

Your Profile

• You have experience in Business Partnering, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management in a technology-oriented environment.
• You can translate business requirements into clear technological requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• You work with high-level stakeholders and manage expectations in a matrix organization.
• You possess business acumen and can substantiate investment projects and strike a balance between benefit, risk, cost, and capacity.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create structure and clarity in uncertain situations, round off your profile.
• You have an understanding of technology governance, architecture, cybersecurity, data protection, and the principles of service delivery.
• You are willing to undertake occasional international business travel.
• You have very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
