The "Service Delivery Leadership" area represents our services to key internal and external stakeholders. As part of Group Managed Services, we work closely in this area with Sales, Service Management, and our internal service providers. We ensure that services are provided in accordance with the quality, cost, and business specifications agreed upon with our customers.

This is a high-performance environment and an ideal development space for talent. Leaders are expected to pose constructive challenges, drive service improvements, and ensure that our services remain relevant, competitive, and customer-oriented.

As Global Service Delivery Leadership Director w/m/d, you will lead an extensive international service delivery team of approximately 300 employees in core countries as well as at nearshore and offshore locations. You will ensure that the department meets customer commitments, service levels, cost specifications, and business goals. At the same time, you will build close relationships with the Sales, Service Management, customer, and high-level stakeholder areas. This is a demanding leadership position in which you lead a large, high-performance area that delivers outstanding service results to our customers while balancing operational excellence, business performance, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Your tasks in this position include, among others, the following:

  • You inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of around 300 employees worldwide.
  • You ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, customer expectations, operational standards, and contractual obligations.
  • You bear responsibility for functional performance regarding headcount, utilization, cost optimization, and profit and loss-related goals, and you ensure that the basic requirements for every business opportunity are effectively met.
  • In close cooperation with Sales, customers, and Service Management, it is your task to understand customer challenges and unlock new business opportunities.
  • You take responsibility for complex customer escalations, drive service improvement plans, and ensure that teams focus on resolving problems quickly in a high-pressure environment.
  • You ensure governance and security: Service delivery is part of the acceptance process for business reviews, service changes, operational security, and compliance with guidelines, processes, and corporate values.
  • You build trusting relationships with high-level internal stakeholders, customers, and service partners, remaining present throughout the company and representing the department.
  • Your contribution to a global "One-Team" leadership approach consists of collaborating across functional and national borders with the goal of achieving high-quality service results.

Your Profile

  • You have sound experience in leading complex service processes in a large organization and understand how services are delivered and where improvements are possible.
  • You can balance customer, operational, and business priorities and have experience working with targets regarding utilization, costs, service quality, and customer outcomes.
  • You have demonstrable experience in collaborating with Sales, customer-oriented teams, and high-level decision-makers.
  • You are a confident and self-motivated leader who maintains an overview in a fast-paced environment and handles escalations prudently.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can express yourself concisely and effectively to executives and management.
  • You navigate a complex organization, weigh facts, data, and the perspectives of decision-makers against each other, and work across functions, countries, and cultures.
  • You have experience in motivating, inspiring, and developing large teams and leadership communities.
  • You are willing to undertake regular international business travel.
  • You have very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
