Your tasks

We are recruiting a Project Manager M/F to ensure the follow-up of our business in France and internationally by supervising and structuring all project phases with the client and various contributors, both internal and external, until the acceptance of the installation.

By joining us, you will be responsible for the follow-up of projects within your scope from the signing of the contract with the client until delivery, acceptance, and the clearing of reservations. You will be the guarantor of compliance with costs, deadlines, and the contract scope, as well as the quality of communication with the client.

More specifically, reporting to the Project Director, you will be in charge of the steering and budgetary monitoring of your projects:

Project Steering

• Manage the contractual and technical relationship with the client, for whom you are the dedicated contact
• Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with the project schedule by the various contributors
• Steer and coordinate, both internally and externally, the various project stakeholders (design office, assembly and commissioning services, purchasing, finance, subcontractors, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the initial contract, delivery of deliverables, management of changes, renegotiations, and any client disputes (internal and external)
• Manage the risks inherent to your projects
• Communicate project progress to clients
• Manage administrative tasks

Budgetary Monitoring and Reporting

• Ensure the budgetary and financial control of your projects (invoicing, payments, margins at completion, and contractual guarantees)
• Ensure reporting of your projects to the finance department and general management
• Ensure the proper execution of equipment document management

Requirements

• You have a higher technical education, such as an engineering degree.
• You already have experience in project and transversal management.
• You have the ability to understand all the trades involved in boiler projects: electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, automation.
• You know how to use scheduling software (MSProject, Mindview)
• You are able to express yourself in English on your subject matters
• You have a sense of customer relations and know how to manage conflicts
