We are looking for an Accounting and Tax Manager M/F on a CDI basis in Lille (59) on behalf of our client.

In this context, your missions are:

Guarantee the quality and reliability of financial information

• Supervise all general accounting for the French entities;
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax standards;
• Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of the produced

financial data;

• Control complex accounting operations (provisions,

estimations, cut-off, etc.);

• Supervise the monitoring and management of fixed assets.

Drive closings and regulatory obligations

• Coordinate and secure annual closing operations;
• Prepare financial statements, annual accounts, and notes;
• Supervise all tax returns and guarantee their

compliance, including within the framework of tax integration;

• Act as a reference on tax matters related to the

France scope;

• Participate in the preparation of legal documents necessary

for the approval of accounts.

Support the performance and transformation of the finance function

• Contribute to the continuous optimization of accounting and

financial processes;

• Identify and implement automation and tool improvement

solutions, notably under SAP;

• Strengthen internal control mechanisms while

prioritizing a pragmatic approach adapted to the company's challenges;

• Provide advice and expertise to Management on

accounting, tax, and financial issues;

• Manage relations with statutory auditors, external experts, and other partners.

Management and coordination of accounting activities

• Supervise and support two experienced accounting managers;
• Ensure coordination with the Shared Services Center,

notably on supplier activities;

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of deliverables, and expected

service levels;

• Participate in the evolution of the organization in a logic

of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Profile sought

With higher education in accounting, finance, or audit (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent), you have proven experience in accounting responsibility roles, ideally in a multi-company environment.

You possess solid expertise in general accounting, French taxation, and the production of annual accounts. Your ability to lead teams, work with various stakeholders, and support change is a real asset.

Proficiency in an ERP, notably SAP, is appreciated.

Written and spoken English is indispensable for this position.

Conditions and Benefits

• Contract: CDI
• Status: Cadre
• Remuneration: up to 79,000 EUR gross annual fixed, depending on

profile and experience, with a package that can reach 85,000 EUR.
