Our client is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer on a temporary basis for a mission of 5 or 6 months.

The Regulatory Reporting Officer reports to the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OF AN ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

The main mission of the position consists of ensuring the PRODUCTION OF KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENTS (KID) for the funds managed by the company.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure the contribution, within the specified deadlines, of the various services and departments necessary for the production of the KID;
• Produce and control the KID generated via the production platform;
• Maintain an up-to-date tracking of the production of validated KID and those filed on the relevant official sites;
• Produce the KID in foreign languages;
• Manage the archiving and the availability of the different versions of the KID;
• Draft and update the KID production procedure according to the evolution of internal processes and regulatory requirements;
• Participate in various projects related to the management and production of the KID.

Holding at least a Bachelor's degree (bac+3) with a specialization in regulatory reporting, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Mastery of Luxembourg products is a plus. Professional English is necessary.

Teleworking after 4 months of mission (2 days per week).
