Program Quality Engineer (M/F)

Hutchinson Composite Industrie, specializing in the design, qualification, production, and maintenance of composite products, is a Tier 1 supplier in the fields of aerospace, military, telecommunications, and multimodal transport.
Your function: The Program Quality Engineer is the quality referent for one or more customer programs. He/she guarantees the conformity of products and processes to internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, from the development phase to serial delivery. He/she ensures the quality performance of the program and customer satisfaction.
Your main missions:
- Analyze customer requirements (Airbus, Airbus Helicopters, Safran, Bombardier, Dassault, etc.) and regulatory requirements (EN9100, PART21, NADCAP) and ensure their deployment within the UAP (Autonomous Production Units)
- Participate in product and process risk analyses (product / process AMDEC) throughout the product life cycle
- Develop, update, and manage program quality plans and product control plans
- Validate first article qualifications by developing product validation files (FAI/DVI/PPAP) and ensuring the qualification of processes and manufacturing means (APQP methodology)
- Communicate and collaborate with the customer through meetings and the processing of validation files, non-conformities, and deviations
- Lead the resolution of internal and customer non-conformities (quality tools, root cause analysis, action plans) and ensure a presence on the shop floor
- Perform internal product and process audits and manage customer audits
- Participate in internal program meetings and alert to any malfunction, risk, or event jeopardizing the fulfillment of requirements/objectives
- Act as the quality interface in the UAP by answering questions or escalating the subject to the relevant contact
- Establish performance reporting for the covered scope regarding customer and Group objectives
- Participate in the animation and improvement of the Quality Management System
- Lead multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects
Your profile:
- Education level: Bachelor's to Master's degree depending on experience (quality, mechanics, aeronautics, or equivalent technical field)
- Desired experience in the role: 3 years of experience in a quality function within an industrial environment, ideally aeronautics and/or program
- Mandatory knowledge: Project Quality tools and methods, aeronautical standards and frameworks (EN9100, PART21, NADCAP), Customer Quality, Problem-solving tools, Product and process risk analysis, Validation and qualification of first articles, Control plans, Technical English (good level).
Soft skills: Rigor, analytical mind, communication skills and customer relations, ability to lead cross-functionally and teamwork.
