Business Developer (M/F)

Company Presentation Compliancy is a fast-growing start-up, founded in 2019 and located in the heart of Paris. It specializes in supporting large European industrial groups in the management, sale, and use of customs duty credits generated through their customs authorizations.

Fundamentally European and internationally oriented, Compliancy facilitates the customs clearance of goods from all over the world destined for the European Union and contributes to the competitiveness of European industrialists. We operate in more than 15 EU Member States and generate more than 80% of our turnover internationally, outside of France.

Your Missions As a Business Developer on a CDI contract, you will intervene at the heart of our team and our commercial strategy, within a dynamic and committed team.

Your main areas of intervention and responsibilities:

• Prospect new clients primarily in EU countries, in accordance with the commercial strategy
• Update the CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management / Hubspot)
• Proactively identify new business opportunities
• Become an expert in special customs procedures.
• Have a positive impact on the business and the organization of the company

Profile Sought

• Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders (finance, purchasing, supply chain directors)
• Fluent English mandatory,
• Fluency in a second or third European language would be strongly appreciated
• Results and solutions orientation
• Qualities: self-reflection, desire for progress, ambition, resilience, and determination

Practical Information Location: Grands Boulevards - Paris Contract: Full-time CDI

Remuneration: €35,000 gross annual fixed + up to €15,000 gross annual variable, depending on the achievement of objectives
