Senior Selection Manager / Bogotá

Your tasks

Job Objective: To comprehensively execute and manage selection processes, ensuring the timely identification and hiring of suitable candidates, in accordance with the needs of each area and the guidelines of Gestión Humana.

• Comprehensively execute assigned selection processes, evaluating the competencies and skills required for each position.
• Publish and disseminate internal and external job postings.
• Perform active and focused candidate searches to identify qualified talent.
• Analyze resumes and develop recruitment strategies according to the needs of each vacancy.
• Follow up on selection processes and maintain permanent communication with leaders and those responsible for vacancies.
• Coordinate and follow up on temporary personnel selection processes with providers.
• Manage relationships with providers participating in the selection and hiring process.
• Support the definition and validation of service providers such as temporary agencies, medical institutions, and background check processes.
• Build and monitor established ANS with providers.
• Prepare and update procedures, guides, scripts, and supporting documents for the process.
• Provide feedback to non-selected internal candidates and accompany the new collaborator when appropriate.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the recruitment and selection processes.
• Guarantee compliance with times, standards, and guidelines established by Gestión Humana.

Requirements

• Professional in Psicología, Administración de Empresas, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in selection and recruitment processes.
• Experience in the comprehensive execution of selection processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies and tools.
• Experience in publishing vacancies and active candidate searching.
• Management and follow-up of processes with selection and hiring providers.
• Knowledge in the preparation and monitoring of Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (ANS).
• English level C1, with a valid certification accrediting the level.
• Ability to work autonomously, organized, and results-oriented.
