An important company is looking for a Sr. Procurement Solutions & Analytics Manager, a professional with experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and procurement processes, oriented towards generating analytical solutions, automating processes, and strengthening strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional in Business Administration, Finance, or related careers.
• Experience in procurement processes, data analysis, and market research.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferably).
• Knowledge of procurement processes, industry, total cost of ownership, and strategic business vision.
• English level B2 (intermediate).

Main responsibilities

• Identify analytical needs of the different procurement areas and develop data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and interpret information to generate continuous improvement proposals.
• Design and implement automation solutions in conjunction with technology teams.
• Drive automation and robotics initiatives in the area's processes.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for indicator tracking.
• Structure descriptive and predictive analytics models.
• Research market trends related to the procurement of goods and services.
• Analyze the spend of the managed categories to identify savings opportunities.
• Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and propose improvement actions.
• Conduct market research on suppliers, costs, and trends to strengthen negotiation processes.
• Analyze the behavior of procurement processes to anticipate business needs.
