Data systems maintenance specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing and suggestions for new and basic functionalities
• Testing of implemented changes and fixesDaily supervision of data control processes
• Participation in projects related to existing core information systems improvements
• Communication with other departments to clarify new changes requirements
• Analysis and processing of available data as needed and creating reports
• Support for existing data systems maintenance processes
• Identifying the causes of system failures, related event sequences, and finding solutions
• Documentation of processes, actions, results and technical solutions

WE EXPECT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

• Education in computer science or related field, e.g., software development, information technology, data science and analytics (can be a second-year student)
• Fundamentals of software life cycle, testing and development principles
• Databases basics
• Ability to understand and write standard SQL queries
• Requirements gathering, technical specification documentation skills
• Good English language skills, knowledge of technical concepts
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, searching for reasons and best solutions IS testing and troubleshooting experience would be an advantage
